1. Definitions

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Legacywright, 70 Sathorn Road, Sathon, Bangkok 10120.
• "You", "User" means any person accessing our website or booking a session.
• "Service" means any document organisation session, workshop, or membership programme provided by Legacywright.
• "Content" means all materials, templates, checklists, and reference guides produced by Legacywright.
• "Session" means a Belongings Inventory Session, Records Organising Workshop, or Family Archive Membership.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or book a session.

3. Service Description

Legacywright provides general education and document organisation support services, specifically:

• Belongings Inventory Session — a facilitated administrative session (฿3,600 per session).
• Records Organising Workshop — a general-education half-day workshop (฿9,500 per group).
• Family Archive Membership — annual access to templates and reference materials (฿24,000 per year).

All sessions are general and educational in nature. No individual legal, financial, medical, or professional advice is given at any time. Legacywright is not a law firm, financial advisory, or regulated advisory service of any kind.

Sessions are available in Bangkok, Thailand. Remote or home-visit arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Bookings and Payment

Booking Process

Bookings are made by submitting an enquiry via our website or by telephone. A session is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are as stated on our solutions page at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer and major credit or debit cards via our payment processor. Payment details will be provided on confirmation of your enquiry.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before a booked session: full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before a session: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before a session: no refund, but the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
• Family Archive Membership: non-refundable once materials have been accessed.
• Legacywright reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances; a full refund will be offered if rescheduling is not acceptable.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information when making an enquiry or booking.
• Attend booked sessions at the agreed time, or provide reasonable notice of inability to attend.
• Use session materials and Content for personal, household, general reference purposes only.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Legacywright Content without written permission.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on this website and provided in sessions — including templates, checklists, reference guides, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Legacywright.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Content for personal, household reference purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, or distribute Content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

• Our sessions are general and educational only. Nothing said or provided in a session constitutes individual legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our general information, but we do not warrant that all information is current, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Outcomes from applying session frameworks to your own documents will vary depending on individual circumstances. We make no representation as to specific results.
• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• Legacywright's total liability arising from any session or use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant session.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses.
• We are not liable for any decisions made by you based on general information provided in a session.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacywright and its team members against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with these terms, or from your violation of applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time:

• You may terminate by notifying us and ceasing use of our services (refund policy in Section 4 applies).
• We may terminate or suspend access to our services for any breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Legacywright regarding use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
