Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to questions families often have before reaching out.

What exactly do your sessions cover?

Our sessions focus on document organisation and general record-keeping information. We help families understand how to create inventories, how records are commonly arranged, and what kinds of documents are worth keeping together. We do not provide individual advice of any kind.

Are these sessions suitable for any family situation?

The sessions are designed for families at various stages — those thinking ahead, those managing a household transition, or those simply wanting their records kept in better order. We work gently and at your pace.

How long does a typical session last?

The Belongings Inventory Session typically runs two to three hours. The Records Organising Workshop is structured as a half-day session. Membership materials are delivered over time and used at the family's own pace.

Is the content available in Thai?

Our standard sessions are conducted in English, with printed reference materials available in English. Please contact us to discuss whether Thai-language materials may be arranged for your family's needs.

Do you visit homes or is it office-based?

Sessions are held at our Sathorn office, which provides a calm and organised environment suited to this kind of work. We also enquire about home sessions on a case-by-case basis — please ask when you get in touch.

What is included in the Family Archive Membership?

Members receive access to our full library of general record-keeping templates, checklists, and information sheets. New materials are added throughout the year. Membership is annual and priced at ฿24,000.
